ドゥービー・ブラザーズが現在行っているオープニングにスティーヴ・ウィンウッドを迎えてのUS SUMMER TOUR 2024より、8月7日、ニューヨークの世界的に有名なマディソン・スクア・ガーデンでのライブを模様を3枚組（Disc 1&2にはドゥービー・ブラザーズ、Disc 3にはスティーヴ・ウィンウッド)に完全収録。

ボーナスBluray Rには当日の両アーティストの白熱したライブを安定感抜群のズームショットを多用した超美麗オーディエンス映像にてほぼ完全収録の153分に渡り収録。
